This week, M&S Lisburn’s Kevin, was awarded the L’Oréal Paris Rising Star Award at The Prince’s Trust Awards in Belfast. The Prince’s Trust and TK Maxx & Homesense Awards recognise young people who have succeeded against the odds, improved their chances in life and had a positive impact on their local community. 

We spoke to Assistant Footwear Designer, Charlotte, about her Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD diagnoses, the benefits it brings to her role and how the Buddy & Ability network is helping her to share who she really is.

This National Apprenticeship Week we're sharing stories from our colleagues who are working towards or have completed apprenticeships with M&S. Entry-level apprenticeships offer the first step towards an exciting and rewarding career and we are also using staff apprenticeships to elevate career development.
