Last week, Marks & Start alum Jamie, was awarded the The Prince’s Trust and TK Maxx and Homesense Rising Star Award in Scotland. The award recognises young people who have succeeded against the odds, improved their chances in life and had a positive impact on their local community.

We spoke to Assistant Footwear Designer, Charlotte, about her Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD diagnoses, the benefits it brings to her role and how the Buddy & Ability network is helping her to share who she really is.
