As part of our International Women’s Day celebrations, we sat down with Lycrecia, Senior Project Manager in Supply Chain & Logistics, to learn more about her career journey, the challenges she’s overcome, and why she thinks M&S is a fantastic place for women to build their career.

This National Apprenticeship Week, we speak to colleagues across M&S who are studying towards an apprenticeship, learning as they earn and progressing their career development. 

Uchenna Umeh joined M&S through the 10K Black Interns programme in 2023, bringing with him a passion for data and a strong desire to make an impact at M&S. Now progressing in his career as a Process Solutions Analyst, Uchenna reflects on his journey, the support he’s received, and how M&S has given him opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

With over 12 years of diverse experience within M&S, Nicole has navigated through various roles, overcoming challenges and driving change.  

Gemma tells us about what it’s like to work at our leading-edge distribution centre, why her support for our colleagues is being recognised by the industry and why a role in our Supply Chain & Logistics team is far more that moving boxes from A to B.
