We are seeking two Assistant Offer Set Up Managers to join our Loyalty team, someone who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, process design, and customer-focused delivery. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end setup of loyalty offers you’ll be the go-to technical authority on all promotional systems, lead enhancements for new propositions, define and refine operational processes, identify opportunities for automation, monitor ongoing feedback, troubleshoot operational issues, and step in for the Offer Set Up Manager as needed. You’ll have a real impact on shaping timely, flawless promotion execution and continuous improvement.
