As a Product Assistant at M&S, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of innovative, high-quality products that our customers love. Working closely with our dedicated Product Developers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring ideas to life across a variety of food categories.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about food, highly organised, and eager to learn. You’ll be involved in everything from sample management and supplier communication to tracking critical paths and supporting product launches. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain invaluable insight into how we develop and deliver the magic of M&S.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. It also means we can solve problems as soon as they arise, learn and grow as a team, build trust, and get closer to our colleagues.
