Pricing & Promotions Manager – Foods Commercial

Are you a diligent leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer-first thinking? We’re looking for a Pricing & Promotions Manager to lead our Pricing Operations Planning team, ensuring all in-store ticketing is accurate, compliant, and aligned with our commercial strategy. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Commercial and Retail teams, lead promotional setups, and drive continuous improvement across pricing systems and processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong partner management skills, and bring a high level of commercial awareness, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do
  • Lead and develop a team of up to 10 Pricing Operations colleagues across various trading areas, including franchise and hospitality
  • Ensure all shelf-edge ticketing is legally compliant and accurately reflects product pricing and descriptions
  • Oversee promotional setups for the Food Group, ensuring alignment with trusted value principles and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Retail teams to support consistent and customer-friendly ticket execution, while responding to feedback and driving improvements
  • Partner with Technology teams to maintain and enhance systems and processes, improving efficiency and ticketing accuracy
Who you are
  • Strong organisational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience in partner management and building relationships across Foods and Retail Operations
  • High resilience and agility, with the ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to change
  • Clear and articulate communication, combined with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
  • High commercial awareness and a proactive, “can-do” attitude, with the ability to deliver through others
