I am fascinated by fashion trends but for me it really makes sense when I see the sales figures on screen. When I’m able to paint the picture with percentages, we can be more innovative as a team.

Marks & Start is our successful employability scheme that helps people who are at a disadvantage, in their job hunts – whatever prejudices they deal with daily. Our programmes don’t just give people an insight into a career in retail, but also create a clear, accessible route into work.
The Prince’s Trust
A 4-week employability programme for young people aged 16-30. In partnership with The Prince’s Trust, we’ve created a blended digital course that has supported over 10,000 young people since the programme began at M&S in 2013. Completion might even lead to a permanent job at M&S!
