I am fascinated by fashion trends but for me it really makes sense when I see the sales figures on screen. When I’m able to paint the picture with percentages, we can be more innovative as a team.

Together with The Prince’s Trust, we offer young people (16-30) support with employability skills through a 4-week face-to-face programme. Over 10,000 young people have taken part, with many of them establishing careers with us afterwards. Will you join them?
