Our Industry Partners
We partner with several charities who help to promote and support positive mental health. We aim to amplify the work they do, and signpost relevant support for our own colleagues, to enhance our wellbeing offering.
Young Minds
We know how much the mental health of young people matters to our colleagues. That’s why we work together with Young Minds to make a big difference in supporting young people and the adults in their life with practical guidance to prevent mental health struggles reaching crisis point.
Retail trust
Since 1832, the Retail Trust has been caring for and protecting the lives of people working in retail. We partner with them to support their mission to create a more sustainable and successful future for retail. As a result, M&S colleagues can access emotional & financial wellbeing support, apply for financial aid and more.
Grocery Aid
We partner with Grocery Aid to provide our colleagues with emotional, practical, and financial support, covering everything from counselling, to helping colleagues through addiction, or providing legal advice.
Fashion & Textile Children Trust
The Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust do incredible work to support the children of UK fashion and textile families who are struggling financially. They help individuals with grants for children’s items, such as clothing, bedroom furniture and appliances.
