What we look for

Tomorrow’s legends are born today. The types of people who know there’s always a better way to work and are willing to work hard at finding it. Those who can’t help but be curious. Who are unapologetically analytical and super adaptable. And who know that a resilient spirit can get you far in retail. Tomorrow’s legends are the ones that know it’s about more than just achieving personal success; it’s about being part of the bigger picture.

Why I chose M&S

"Joining M&S as a Retail Management Graduate was the perfect way for me to begin my journey into the ever-changing world of retail. There’s a real dynamic working environment here and I’ve been exposed to so much already. From different parts of the business to in-store opportunities, I’ve been able to really hone my knowledge and leadership skills through the experiences I’ve had. What amazes me most though is that after only a year here, I’ve worked alongside the CEO, become a source of support for other graduates, and I’m in a job I love. I think it just goes to show how much M&S cares about developing and growing their people.
