Warehouse Operative Nights
MAKING THE EVERYDAY REMARKABLE
Our Castle Donington Warehouse is key to delivering our wealth of products to our customers. Distribution is the art of ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time so it can be dispatched to our customers. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be right at the heart of it; sorting, picking, packing and dispatching across our partially automated operation.
We’ll give you all the training you need! As the job requires a lot of manual lifting, you’ll need physical strength, but much more than that, you’ll work well under pressure while ensuring safety and legal requirements are always met.
Flexibility and time management are also crucial, as well as being organised and methodical. Your enthusiasm to learn new skills will push you forward in our fast, flexible, agile, and ever-evolving environment. You’ll join an inclusive team, who come together to meet targets, increase efficiency, and deliver on our customer promise.
