Are you passionate about End-to-End Planning and love working in a Fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a Logistics Network Planning Manager to play a key role in shaping a responsive and agile supply chain that supports our global growth and evolving business model. This role sits at the heart of our international operations, driving end-to-end planning, from order book management through to stock flow and working capital to ensure alignment across trading, logistics, finance, online, wholesale and franchise teams.

The role will be responsible for delivering visibility, control, and actionable insights across the supply chain, enabling informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving. To succeed, you’ll need to be highly organised, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and the ability to build team capability. Strong communication and engagement skills, a data-driven mentality, and a continuous improvement approach are needed as we transform our planning function and elevate supply chain performance.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead network planning and the alignment of the overall International Fashion, Home & Beauty (FH&B) stock flow and stock holding by route to analyse network capacity and associated actions across both short, mid and long term.
  • Develop new planning process for multi-channel / regional growth plans inc marketplace and wholesale
  • Work with central ops team to analyse and review the E2E supply chain metrics and drive actions to support flow of stock to deliver fulfilment metrics
  • Management and preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Shipment reporting vs. Op Plan, Quarterly Revisions and last year plans by BU / partner. Ensuring the roll up and alignment to the overall FH&B plan, making recommendations for action where required
  • Leading International Supply Chain (SC) reporting – driving action led reporting utilising data and automating process to enhance efficiency and deliver added customer value through the migration to BEAM
  • Work alongside the UK Planning function to share standard methodology and create a global approach

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven planning experience in fast-paced logistics environments across both retail and e-commerce channels with a solid understanding of supply chain planning practices, logistics networks, and business systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to build team capability and drive cross-functional planning
  • Highly analytical: Skilled in synthesising data from multiple sources to inform operational decisions and planning outputs
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey insights and influence Key Partners across functions and can build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
  • A Commercially astute, proactive and forward-thinking individual, with the ability to operate calmly under pressure and balance short-term priorities with strategic goals who can deliver outcomes in ambiguous and evolving environments
