Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Operations section this Christmas. You'll play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring products are in the right place at the right time and supporting the delivery of an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking colleagues who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well as part of a team, and take pride in delivering high standards. You'll be responsible for tasks such as stock movement, replenishment, fulfilment, and maintaining operational excellence across the store.
Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment, helping to ensure stock is available when customers need it.
Use in-store technology and digital tools confidently to support operational processes and improve customer outcomes.
Be a great team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive working environment.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, working across different areas of the operation as business needs require.
