You’ll embrace our digital tools to enhance the customer experience and remain adaptable – both to the needs of our customers and our retail business.
You’ll play a key role in our vision for our stores. After all, the impression you give our customers will define how they perceive us. Starting with your passion for our products and your genuine interest in every customer, you’ll bring the energy to our stores - talking straight, actively listening and passionately recommending items you know they’ll love both in store and online.
This is where customers have biggest choice of products and where you’re ready to help them find exactly what they are looking for. Trend aware, you’ll do what’s right for them, while thinking about how you can help your store perform at its best.
If you want to work here, you’ll make every purchase as comfortable as our lingerie itself. This includes our bra fitting service – but don’t worry, we’ll provide you with all the training you need.
Looking after this section requires not just an interest in beauty and skincare products, but a passion for how they work. From creating the perfect look to identifying the perfect product, you’ll give our customers reason to come back again and again.
Life at our bureau de changes is busy. But helping out holidaymakers is a great way to give yourself a boost. You’ll have plenty to chat about as you get our customers’ plans off to a flying start.
As someone who lives and breathes good food, the variety of flavours at our deli counter won’t overwhelm you. In fact, you’ll be excited to tell our customers about everything new on offer.
Our bakeries are super popular. You’ll need the energy to keep them well stocked, but loving the smell of our freshly baked bread will be something that drives you day after day.
If you love coffee and cake, this is the spot for you. And hopefully your enthusiasm for our products and great service will rub off on our customers.
Service & Safety
This is a role which combines making customers feel welcome and telling them about product offers, while looking out for potential crime in-store – working with shoppers and police to avoid it.
This fast-paced role is an interesting mix. You’ll be unloading and processing deliveries, getting stock ready for our Salesfloor and serving customers when your backstage work is done.
