We’re setting out to truly transform the shopping experience for our customers and are looking for Customer Assistants with a special something, as well as Team Support Managers ready to step up and be the perfect role models.

What we look for in you

To realise our vision, we are looking for brand ambassadors that can live and breathe our approach to sales and service – exciting our customers with your passion for our products and making recommendations for what they need before they’ve even considered it. You’ll embrace our digital tools to enhance the customer experience and remain adaptable – both to the needs of our customers and our retail business.

You’ll play a key role in our vision for our stores. After all, the impression you give our customers will define how they perceive us. Starting with your passion for our products and your genuine interest in every customer, you’ll bring the energy to our stores - talking straight, actively listening and passionately recommending items you know they’ll love both in store and online.
