On our graduate programme, you won’t just learn and earn; you’ll get all the support you need to rise fast and show us the way forward. Because we like to do things a bit differently, the opportunities can start on day one.
Over 18-24 months, you’ll experience up to four different rotations around our business, work alongside people from all kinds of different backgrounds, and discover how to become an expert in your chosen field. Whether it’s fashion; space, range and design; food tech; retail management; data science or software engineering that’s more for you, you’ll find yourself making retail more innovative, ethical and sustainable than ever before.
Our salaries are competitive and reviewed every year.
Receive 20% discount in-store and online for you and a partner or family member.
A minimum 28 days’ statutory holiday per year, pro-rata if you’re part time.
You can reduce your salary in exchange for up to one contractual week of additional holiday, subject to eligibility and National Living Wage requirements.
We have discretionary bonus schemes depending on the role that you do and the performance of our business.

Free cover of two times your annual salary up to age 70. If you pay into our Pension Saving Plan we double this to four times.

Intentionally designed to help you shape the fast-moving world of retail, it’s a masterclass in technical training, structured mentorship, and 360-feedback. Spanning 12-18 months, you’ll rotate around our business up to four times – each time earning, learning and experiencing it all. While zoning in on the end goal of becoming a qualified leader of our business as a Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager – and beyond.
