  • Contribute to the creation of network blueprints, operating models and business cases across distribution, fulfilment and transport operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve network performance, simplify complexity and enhance service, efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Collaborate with operational teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners to support the successful delivery of network design initiatives

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics or retail operations, with an interest in developing expertise in network design and optimisation
  • Experience using data and modelling tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL to support analysis and decision-making
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective relationships and work confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills, able to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way for different audiences

M&S gives you the freedom to be yourself. If you are genuinely motivated by a challenge, there’s nothing to stop you or hold you back. I would pass on the same advice I was given. Seize the opportunities. Share your ideas. Try things out. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, learn from it. This is the way we move forward as people – and as a business.
