To stay close to our customers and colleagues, our support teams are in the office for at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
The Junior Merchandiser champions efficient ways of working, strengthens capacity planning, and contributes to best‑in‑class merchandising practices, while role‑modelling collaborative behaviours and guiding junior team members to ensure seamless delivery of the commercial plan.
This role is perfect role for someone who excels in analysing complex data, forecasting demand, and turning insight into clear commercial actions. Advanced in merchandising systems such as Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Weekly Stock, Sales and Intake (WSSI), Open to Buy (OTB), and reporting dashboards, they use retail KPIs to optimise sales, protect margin, and support in‑season trading. With strong cross‑functional collaboration and confident communication, to influence decisions, drive aligned outcomes, and keep the critical path on track!
NB This is a full-time role and is based at our Paddington Support Office a minimum of three days a week
