You’ll be a trusted expert, helping customers choose the right products and services while making every interaction feel personal and effortless.
Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll use our tools to complete transactions quickly, check rates, and support customers across all Travel Money channels.
Accuracy and compliance are key. You’ll follow safe, legal, and financial-crime processes at every step, protecting our customers and the business.
At M&S, customers come first. You’ll be fast, focused, and proactive, engaging with customers, spotting opportunities, and delivering a brilliant experience every time.
Teamwork matters. You’ll share your Travel Money knowledge, support colleagues across the store, and help build confidence and capability in others.
Flexibility is vital. You’ll adapt quickly to store priorities, work at pace, and maintain ‘best in town’ standards in presentation, availability, and service.
