Looking for a role that keeps you moving, gives you variety, and puts you right at the heart of a busy M&S Food store?
We’re looking for an Operations Customer Assistant to join our team at M&S Blanchardstown. This is the role that keeps everything flowing behind the scenes, from deliveries and stock to making sure the shop floor is full, tidy, and ready for our customers.
It’s fast-paced, physical, and hands-on. You’ll be on your feet, moving stock, working deliveries, using digital tools, and supporting the wider store team wherever needed. No two shifts feel the same, so this is perfect for someone who likes being busy, working with purpose, and being part of a team that gets things done.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help keep the store running smoothly by:
Working deliveries and moving stock quickly and safely & keeping our shelves full, clean, and customer-ready.
Using digital tools to track stock and support availability.
Working across the store when needed, from back of house to shop floor
Supporting your team during busy periods
Staying organised, focused, and one step ahead
