As part of the Online Buying team, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of product ranges that align with our
category strategies and commercial goals. Your primary focus will be on accurate product selection aligned to the critical path,
ongoing monitoring of sales and trade performance, and competitor analysis throughout the season.

This role is not a product development buying role.

  • Drive EU marketplace sales, margin, and profit through effective product launches and trading plans. Monitor performance to enable agile stock, pricing, and promotional decisions.
  • Support strategic planning and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for timely execution.
  • Lead and develop your team to deliver departmental success
  • Collaborate on customer-focused product strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Use data and insights to optimise ranges, identify risks, and seize opportunities.
  • Own product ranges to boost sales and profit and build strong stakeholder relationships with a global, customer-first approach.
Who you areYou will be working to at least Assistant Buyer Advanced in a fast-paced retailer with a keen interest to grow a global business.Your skills and experience will include:
