At Marks & Spencer, we’re on a mission to deliver an inspiring, trend-led Home offer that customers love. We’re now looking for a talented and experienced Print Designer to join our Homeware team and help bring our Kitchens & Home vision to life.
As part of our dynamic Design team, you’ll play a key role in creating exciting, on-trend print and pattern designs that elevate our product and strengthen our Home brand identity. This is an opportunity to push creative boundaries, influence product success and contribute to the acceleration of our Home vision.
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll translate trends and customer insight into commercially successful print designs across a variety of home categories. You’ll partner closely with Buying, Merchandising and Product Development teams to ensure designs are beautifully executed from concept to launch.
What we’re looking for:
A strong portfolio demonstrating trend awareness, creativity and commercial impact
Excellent CAD and technical skills
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas and direction
Passion for design and a drive to take product to the next level

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
