  • Proactively identify reactive and culturally relevant content opportunities for the Irish audience
  • Own day to day community management, including monitoring comments, DMs and mentions, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Support real time posting and event coverage when required

Social Media Planning & Execution

  • Manage the Irish social media calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Regularly review UK activity planners identifying opportunities to adapt or localise content for the Irish market to ensure Irish consumers see store-led, locally relevant messaging
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and deliver upcoming campaigns
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and visual tone across all touchpoints
  • Ensure all social activity is commercially focused, timely, and aligned with wider business objectives

Influencer & Ambassador Management

  • Manage the influencer and ambassador calendar, ensuring all activity is planned, briefed and delivered on schedule
  • Create and distribute influencer briefs aligned with campaign objectives

Events & Campaign Support

  • Support the management of the annual events calendar, ensuring social plans and content needs are identified well in advance
  • Liaise with PR agencies and event planners on timelines, logistics and social deliverables
  • Ensure event social plans, content capture and in-store POS are planned and delivered on time
  • Coordinate with marketing team to support local launches, press events and brand moments

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track and report on social performance, providing clear insights on what is working and where to optimise
  • Use platform analytics and campaign learnings to inform future content, influencer selection and scheduling
  • Share regular performance updates with the wider marketing team

Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day social media queries from internal teams and respond to social and media-related queries from agencies
