Job Overview

Are you passionate about optimizing pricing strategies to support & drive the success of Marks & Spencer Ireland. We’re seeking a Selling Price Maintenance administrator. You will play a critical part in supporting the quality control of the pricing data in ROI & M&S.ie. This will be a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract. This role will report to the Trading Manager.

What is the Purpose of the Job?

What will you do?
• Assisting with the quality control and maintenance of ROI price data for Fashion , Home & Beauty (FHB).
• Creation & maintenance of FHB markdowns for key sales periods for ROI store & M&S.ie.
• Responsible for updating sales prices based on promotions, discount, or seasonal changes.
• Accountable for the testing of FHB price files for key sales periods to ensure accuracy in stores & .ie site.
• Maintain master date to meet the relevant requirements for ROI FHB business area.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders of POS Promotions.
• Support store colleagues with product & pricing queries within ROI. Validate price changes to
avoid errors and discrepancies.
• Work closely with Trading & Marketing team to align pricing & ensure consistency.
• Assist Trading Manager with development & implementation of new processes, procedure & reports.
• Ad hoc duties as required by Trading Manager.

What Technical Knowledge do you Need?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a particular focus on Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to new and changing IT systems and processes
• Working in a fast-paced analytical environment while working as a team.
• Ability to work effectively within own team and the wider trading & marketing team
