Regional Admin Support ManagerAbout the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and highly collaborative Regional Admin Support Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support across our regional leadership teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by supporting people administration, diary management, travel coordination, and regional business activities.

Working closely with Regional Managers (RMs), Regional People Partners (RPPs), and wider support teams, you will be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support that enables our leadership teams to focus on driving business performance and delivering great customer experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Administration
  • Manage and complete key people administration activities, including MyHR and T&A processes.
  • Support Regional Managers with colleague people management administration, including position management requests, salary changes, and approved holiday administration.
  • Maintain accurate holiday records and ensure compliance with company policies and approved allocations.
  • Support weekend working compliance processes where applicable.
  • Handle sensitive people data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Travel & Expenses Coordination
  • Manage travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for regional teams.
  • Coordinate conference attendance, meetings, and events, including venue and travel logistics.
  • Support expense claim administration and process management.
  • Organise complex travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries when required.
  • Assist with store support visits, relocation packages, and larger-scale regional events.
Regional Administrative Support
  • Act as a key administrative contact for Regional Managers and Regional People Partners.
  • Coordinate and prioritise multiple requests across the region, ensuring service excellence and effective workload management.
  • Support communication and administration relating to new starters, leavers, and organisational changes.
  • Maintain regional contact information, distribution lists, and team records.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and business updates as required.
  • Support workforce planning activities through accurate data gathering and administration.
Diary & Meeting Management
  • Manage diaries and meeting schedules for Regional Managers and Regional People Partners.
  • Coordinate complex diary management and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange regional meetings, visitor schedules, and divisional meetings.
  • Organise meeting logistics, agendas, and supporting documentation where required.
Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Support
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and wider support functions to embed best practice.
  • Attend regional meetings and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Support additional business priorities and projects as required.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, or business support role.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Is confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Is comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Communicates effectively and builds strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
  • Takes a proactive approach and looks for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
