Summary
We’re looking for a creative and commercially focused Fashion, Home & Beauty Planner & Visualiser to design and deliver impactful retail environments across our store estate. Combining strong spatial planning with advanced visualisation, you’ll bring store concepts to life ensuring layouts maximise commercial performance, align to Business Strategy and Blueprints which enhance the customer experience.

This role offers a Support Centre mobility element, with occasional travel to our Waterside Support Centre required depending on business needs.

What You’ll Do

Your key accountabilities will include:

    • Develop and deliver architectural macro space and layout plans, aligned F,H&B blueprints, formats, and Business strategy.

    • Use data, insight, and space optimisation to maximise commercial opportunities across new and transformation stores.

    • Collaborate with Space Planning, Store Design, BU and Retail teams to create aligned, future‑fit store environments. Work closely with Store Design teams to develop strong, future-proofed architectural macro plans aligned to Store Design principles.

    • Produce high‑quality visualisations and plans that clearly communicate intent and support stakeholder decision making. Leverage visualisation tools to create high-quality, engaging plans and compelling schemes that clearly communicate intent and secure alignment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.

    • Manage multiple projects at pace, ensuring delivery to deadlines, budgets, and governance frameworks including Stage Gate processes.

    • Respond to change with pace and agility, making effective decisions while ensuring demand schedules and procurement requirements remain accurate and up to date.

    • Oversee end-to-end procurement for loose equipment.

      • A creative and detail‑driven planner with strong spatial awareness and understanding of retail environments.

      • Commercially minded, able to balance design, customer experience, and operational practicality.

      • A confident communicator, building effective relationships across cross‑functional teams.

      • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

      • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes

      What You Will Bring

        • Strong experience in retail space planning, layout design, and visualisation.

        • Advanced capability in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

        • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret space and sales data to drive recommendations.

        • Experience working across multiple projects with strong prioritisation and agility.

        • A balance of creative thinking and commercial awareness to influence space decisions and drive performance.
