What You’ll Do
Your key accountabilities will include:
Develop and deliver architectural macro space and layout plans, aligned F,H&B blueprints, formats, and Business strategy.
Use data, insight, and space optimisation to maximise commercial opportunities across new and transformation stores.
Collaborate with Space Planning, Store Design, BU and Retail teams to create aligned, future‑fit store environments. Work closely with Store Design teams to develop strong, future-proofed architectural macro plans aligned to Store Design principles.
Produce high‑quality visualisations and plans that clearly communicate intent and support stakeholder decision making. Leverage visualisation tools to create high-quality, engaging plans and compelling schemes that clearly communicate intent and secure alignment and approval from stakeholders at all levels.
Manage multiple projects at pace, ensuring delivery to deadlines, budgets, and governance frameworks including Stage Gate processes.
Respond to change with pace and agility, making effective decisions while ensuring demand schedules and procurement requirements remain accurate and up to date.
Oversee end-to-end procurement for loose equipment.

Experience working across multiple projects with strong prioritisation and agility.
A balance of creative thinking and commercial awareness to influence space decisions and drive performance.
