What You Will Do
Lead your region to deliver strong sales, profitability and full P&L accountability across all stores.
Achieve key performance metrics across Profit, Customer and Colleague measures by driving operational excellence.
Ensure consistently high product presentation and visual merchandising standards, delivering all campaigns, events and launches brilliantly.
Build diverse talent plans, ensuring internal talent is identified and developed alongside external talent.
Lead and embed transformation programmes, develop change capability, drive Plan A initiatives, and create a high performance, digitally enabled culture.
