We unlock the value of data for M&S to create personalised customer experiences, automating these across the five billion digital interactions with our customers each year. Our industry-leading cloud data platform ‘BEAM’ is unlocking new data, powering data-driven decision making, and revolutionising the way we operate through analytics and data science. Our ‘BEAM Academy’ is advancing data skills, accelerating adoption of a data-driven culture and a digital-first colleague community across M&S.
