We have a broad remit and a range of specialist teams to create tailored, aligned communications for colleagues, investors, customers and suppliers – and to do this effectively, we work hard to get under the skin of every part of the business.
From equipping, enabling and empowering colleagues across stores and support centres to deliver business transformation, through to delivering campaigns on issues that our customers and local communities care about, handling our relationship with the press, organising key events such as our AGM and always ensuring the business has excellent crisis preparedness – our function is exceptionally varied, and very fast paced.
We always see the big picture without losing sight of the detail and we will always put the needs of our customers and colleagues first.
