Our Buddy Network, established in 2015 by current Co-Chair Lorna Woodman and co, supports colleagues in managing their own mental and physical health challenges, as well as helping them with the disabilities and health conditions of others. The Network provides a safe space for our colleagues to share their journeys, ideas, personal stories, coping strategies, and top tips.

We are extremely proud of all the work Lorna continues to do in this space. Recently, she spoke to PurpleSpace, the world's only networking and professional development hub for disabled employees, about how the Network has grown and evolved. Purplespace also provides resources for group leaders and allies across all sectors and trades, and M&S will continue to be a proud partner of this cause.
