What we look for in you
Our Retail Management School Leaver Programme will open you to all we do in-store – Food, Fashion and Home. But, most importantly, you get to grips with store operations and managing multi-million pound budgets. You’ll be mentored by retail experts who will turn you into a leader capable of getting the best out of your team. Working a mixture of shifts covering early mornings, evenings and weekends, you’ll get to know every inch of our stores. And by the time you’ve finished, you’ll be ready to take on the role of a Manager. You’ll even have an industry recognised certificate in Level 4 Retail Management.
However, if you’re more interested in the inner workings of M&S, you may want to join our Support Office. You’ll spend your time balancing the theory with the practical, making an impact to the lives of millions of customers.
