This service can also provide free counselling where needed. We also offer you 2 free accounts (one for you, one for a friend) to the Unmind platform which aims to create psychologically safe and engaged cultures, and empower employees to lead more fulfilling lives.
To support your physical and financial wellbeing, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including cycle to work scheme, salary finance loans, gym discounts and a virtual GP service.
And, as we value the voice of our colleagues we offer quarterly your voice surveys and an annual wellbeing survey so that we can be sure we’re engaging with our colleagues and offering support to suit your needs.
