Are you 16-24 years old and currently on Universal Credit? Here at M&S we are excited to be supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Kickstart programme and are offering 360 x 6 month placements as Trainee Customer Assistants in our stores all across the country. Giving you the skills and confidence to take control of your own career.
Your six-month programme will come to life in one of our stores across our estate. They’re amazing hubs for learning, giving you the chance to experience different areas of our stores, such as Foods and Hospitality, Clothing and Home, and Operations.
You’ll have an experienced Customer Assistant as a buddy, and we’ll also give you access to a tablet so you can take part in online training. You’ll even get 20% colleague discount on all M&S products.
