Affiliate Manager  - Clothing & Home

This role will require the candidate to have full ownership of the M&S C&H UK Affiliate channel by leading on the budget, performance, managing the agency and also being the primary contact for the channel internally, all whilst driving forward the strategy of the channel with support from the Paid Media manager.  

Affiliate Lead Responsibilities...

  • Strategy Lead – working with the agency to develop and deliver 2022/23 strategy working towards the growth of content within the channel 

  • Full budget management/ownership – including ownership of invoicing process 

  • Weekly reporting – Using Adobe Analytics and our Attribution tool to report on a weekly and monthly basis for trade and business meetings 

  • Affiliate Agency management  

  • Key Partnerships management   

  • Affiliate day to day management – managing bookings to drive trade performance  

  • Paid Influencer management lead– working with the social content team and PR team to deliver influencer partnerships aligning with key campaigns 

  • Tech developments within channel – programme tracking upgrade, data sharing through CDP to agency to deepen targeting and insights within the channel 

  • Work closely with the ‘Measurement Senior Media Manager’ to produce testing roadmap for understanding the incremental value of the channel  

  • Working with a variety of internal teams to set up App tracking and develop a strategy on how the channel can support growth of the M&S App 

  • Close alignment with team that work across other paid media channels, including PPC & Paid Social, often representing different channels within weekly meetings  

Requirements 

  • Experience needed in Affiliate industry 

  • Strong technical knowledge to lead on upcoming account updates eg Server to server tracking and App Tracking 

  • Preferable to have an agency background but not essential  

  • Strong presentation skills  

  • Experience in management of an agency preferable  

  • Able to work within a team and independently
