Summary
As a Store Designer, you will be an architectural expert, able to support the business on the development of creative architectural design solutions, supporting on the use of space, finishes and the creation of facades.

Working Alongside the Store Designer – Store Architecture, Blueprint, Format & Franchise Manager on the creation of Blueprints for Food, C&H, & back of house, and delivering the required updates in line with the business requirements.

For this role, you will be required to be in the office two days a week as well as travelling to suppliers and stores. We believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Create architectural design solutions to support the business, supporting on the use of space, the development of architectural details, the use of finishes and the creation of facades.
  • Working Alongside the Store Designer – Store Architecture, Blueprint, Format & Franchise Manager to manage updates to Food and Clothing & Home blueprints and feed both into the glide path & model process, while working closely with SRD and Store Planning.
  • Production & maintenance of environment standards guides for Food, Clothing & Hospitality within the glide path & model process.
  • Production & maintenance of architecture & signage standards guides, within the glide path & model process. Production & maintenance of specialist standards guides (Back of house, lighting, concessions, franchise, etc ), within the glide path and model process
  • Finishes and materials expert, supporting the Planners, Architects, site teams and Asset Care with material questions.
  • Sourcing and value engineering of both new and existing materials and maintenance of material index across standards guides
  • Manage outward communication of updates to specification and design to ensure all key stakeholders are informed
