What you'll do

We’re looking for an Assistant PR & Social Manager (Fashion, Home and Beauty) to help plan and deliver PR, influencer and social activity across key international markets.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across PR, creators and social, using a mix of media, influencer partnerships and content to build brand awareness, stay culturally relevant and drive sales.

You’ll also need to be comfortable working across different types of markets and business models (including Franchise, Owned, Direct-to-Consumer, Wholesale and Marketplace), adapting PR and social activity to suit each one.

Collaboration is a big part of the role. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, media and talent to make sure campaigns are aligned and joined up across all channels.

Alongside building the brand, there’s a strong commercial focus, making sure PR, influencer and social activity supports key trading priorities. You’ll help deliver both always-on activity and bigger campaign moments, from initial planning right through to execution.

  • Support the development and execution of international consumer PR strategies and campaigns

  • Draft press materials including releases, e-alerts and briefing documents

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated social media strategies aligned to the wider campaign activity

  • Contribute to driving commercial impact through social, supporting key trading moments, product campaigns and traffic-driving activity
  • Monitor performance and channel trends, using data and insights to continuously optimise content and approach
  • Support the delivery of a fully integrated paid and organic influencer strategy
  • Assist with influencer outreach, gifting and paid partnerships

Who you are

  • Proven experience across social, influencer and/or PR, ideally within an international or multi-market environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging channels), with a clear point of view on content, storytelling and community engagement
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across PR, influencer and social, with an understanding of how these channels work together to drive both brand and commercial impact
  • Proven ability to develop or localise social and influencer strategies, with a focus on culturally relevant, social-first content that performs across formats
  • A strong interest in fashion, lifestyle and culture, with a sharp instinct for trends and what will resonate with different audiences
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and contributing to cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas and updates clearly, including to senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a drive to deliver high-quality work
