Spanning 18-24 months, our HR stream allows you to experience a wide range of people propositions across the M&S portfolio. So, you can see all the exciting places a future at M&S might take you. Rotations could be across People Analytics, People Policies or communications. You’ll gain exposure to real life projects, whether it’s designing a policy that fits the future of work or launching a communications programme for our international markets. If you have a passion for retail, a digital mindset and the inquisitiveness to find solutions for our customers, M&S is the place to be, at exactly the right time.
