WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES

At the heart of our impressive, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Castle Donington are our team of dedicated, conscientious Warehouse Operatives who work as part of a team to help all our customers receive their orders when they want them and how they want them.  

Working with beauty, clothing and homeware products across different areas of the warehouse including goods in, storage, picking, packing and despatch across our fully automated operation – everyone on our team understands the products we handle are for our customers; and wherever they are in the world, our customers expect the seamless, quality experience that is the hallmark of M&S service.

It’s a fast, flexible, agile and ever evolving environment, and to ensure we support the growth of our online business by increasing its efficiency whilst dealing with higher volumes and customer orders we need colleagues that are committed to our success.

In addition to having good manual-handling skills and an understanding of following a health and safety culture onsite at all times; our ideal Warehouse Operative must be able to meticulously follow instructions and procedures, always work quickly and accurately (even when adapting to quickly changing circumstances), have a willingness to learn new skills and be a real team player to ensure we meet our targets by working together.
